Non riesco ad effettuare l'accesso.
Per accedere occorre inserire il codice riportato sulla tessera acquistata. Lo trovi nella parte posteriore della tessera, nello spazio da grattare. Assicurati di aver inserito i dati corretti, utilizzando maiuscole e minuscole esattamente come riportato sulla tessera.
Inserisci poi un'indirizzo e-mail valido, assicurandoti di inserirlo correttamente per poter accedere in futuro, e clicca sul pulsante ACCEDI.

To access, enter the code on the purchased card. You find it in the back of the card, in the space to be scratched. Make sure you have entered the correct data, using uppercase and lower case exactly as shown on the card.
Then enter a valid email address, making sure you enter it correctly for future access, and click on LOGIN button.
Come faccio a scegliere ed a scaricare le 20 foto che ho a disposizione?
Dopo aver scelto la località e poi la settimana cerca le foto che ti interessano scorrendo l'elenco (le foto sono suddivise per giorno). Clicca su ognuna di esse e poi sul pulsante AGGIUNGI ALLA TUA SELEZIONE.
Tutte le foto scelte saranno raccolte nella pagina "La mia selezione". In questa prima fase di pre-selezione non ci sono limiti, puoi salvare tutte le foto che vuoi, e scegliere poi tra queste fino a 20 foto da scaricare in alta definizione.

Per scaricare le 20 foto in alta definizione vai sulla pagina La mia selezione passando dal MENU, oppure cliccando sull'apposito pulsante azzurro, clicca sulla foto che ti interessa, clicca poi su SCARICA e successivamente su CONFERMA (il sistema ti chiederà prima conferma dopo averti fornito un riepilogo delle foto che hai ancora a disposizione tra le 20 incluse nella tessera).
How can I choose and download the 20 photos?
After choosing the location and then the week, look for the photos that interest you by scrolling through the list (the photos are divided by day). Click on each of them and then on the ADD TO YOUR SELECTION button.
All the selected photos will be collected on the "My selection" page. In this first phase of pre-selection there are no limits, you can save all the photos you want, and then choose from these up to 20 photos to download in high definition. To download the 20 photos in high definition go to the page My selection by clicking the MENU, or by clicking on the blue button, click on the photo that interests you, then click on DOWNLOAD and then on CONFIRM (the system will ask you first confirmation after you provided a summary of the photos you still have available among the 20 included in the card).
Ho perso le foto che avevo scaricato, come faccio a recuperarle?
Tutte le foto che hai scaricato vengono memorizzate nella sezione "Le mie foto scaricate", raggiungibile cliccando sulla voce di MENU Le mie foto scaricate, in modo da permetterti averle sempre a disposizione e di ri-scaricarle in qualsiasi momento, da qualsiasi dispositivo.
I lost the photos I downloaded, how do I retrieve them?
All the photos you download are stored in the "My downloaded photos" section, accessible by clicking on MENU > My downloaded photos, so you can always have them available and download them again at any time.

Quando saranno disponibili le foto?
Le foto saranno disponibili a partire dalla settimana successiva a quella del camp. Per motivi tecnici non possiamo garantirne la pubblicazione prima, ma se possibile potrebbero anche essere già disponibili nei giorni della settimana del camp.
When will the photos be available?
Photos will be available from the week after the camp. For technical reasons we can not guarantee their publication before, but if possible they may already be available on the days of the camp's week.
